Your recovery guy was excellent
I would like to thank you for the fast ..friendly..and efficient service I was given yesterday 6th October when you attended my breakdown due to a puncture on my motorbike on the M4 between J16 and J17 heading west.
I only waited 40 minutes …. your recovery guy was excellent….took care of my bike and was careful strapping it down. He does a great job…please pass on my thanks to him if possible.

A brilliant Job
A lovely man collected me and my car, Austin mini, last night (on the m4 at about 10pm). The car should be making its way back to me today or tomorrow.
I just wanted to get in touch to say how grateful I am to him, I didn’t ask his name regrettably, but he was really kind and helpful and I was not in a positive state when he arrived, so he did a brilliant job at calming me down and making sure I was safe.
